"Bad environment and pay"
There are numerous technologies to work on and the people appear to be supportive. However, when attempting to ask questions or scrutinize any implementation, one is met with hostility and treated as an adversary. Although the company had potential when initially joining, it has lost many competent developers and managers who were forced to leave. Working for this tech company means being overworked and overstressed. Employees are assigned to multiple projects simultaneously, making it impossible to give any single project the attention it deserves. It's impossible to advance or receive recognition unless you're in the 'in-crowd' with management.
